As you can notice, we are passionate about sports, drinks, and car brands (please, don't mix up drink and drive).

Lucas loves to surf and has a small son, Chaplin, a cute bulldog.

Kazuo is also a hockey player (can you imagine how awkward playing hockey in Brazil is?).

Our rules:
to work hard every day;
always be nice to people;
to study a lot (be an ad nerd);
to strive for creative solutions;
to have powerful ideas and produce them with crafted executions;
do all of this having fun.

Let me share a story about the tattoo in the background. At BETC, we managed a team of 22 exceptional creatives and oversaw 10 brands. It was like having an agency within the agency, known as L&K, as we had our unique approach to things. Interestingly, one of the creatives immortalized our remarkable group by getting a tattoo of it. Pretty wild, isn't it?
